Personal history:
First started getting CFS: 1998
Diagnosed: 1999
Treatments tried: Nimodipine, homeopathy, reverse therapy, hypnotherapy, various failed attempts at graded exercise, more I’m forgetting.
Current treatment: pacing.
Current state: bedbound, using wheelchair to get around when I have to go out, but (very slowly) improving.
